High-Availability 99.99% Solver SLA & Dual-Engine Failover
We commit to a 99.99% monthly uptime SLA for roster generation APIs. In the event of primary CP-SAT solver container interruption, the runtime automatically fails over to the pure Python CSP solver.
Acceptable Use & Anti-Tampering Restrictions
Customers and authorized users agree not to reverse engineer solver mathematical heuristics, bypass kiosk 4-digit PIN gates, tamper with PostGIS geofence boundaries, or execute unauthorized load tests.
Customer Data Ownership & Roster Portability
Customers retain 100% intellectual property rights, title, and ownership over all schedule templates, employee records, timeclock punch records, and historical labor cost analytics uploaded to the service.
Mutual Warranties, Indemnification & Liability Caps
B2B enterprise risk allocation includes mutual IP infringement indemnification, statutory labor law compliance warranties, and aggregate direct liability limitations capped at 12 months of paid subscription fees.
Term, Cancellation & 60-Day Data Offboarding
Subscriptions renew on monthly or annual billing terms. Upon termination, customers retain full administrative access for 60 days to export all historical schedules, audit archives, and payroll timesheets in CSV/JSON formats.
